Things to do in Corydon Indiana

Deere Farms will kick off the 2009 Fall Season with a grand opening on September 12 at 3 p.m. following the Lanesville Heritage Weekend Festival parade. Bring the family and head on out, the kids will have a blast as they find their way through the 13-acre, professionally designed corn maze. Enjoy a hayride or horse-drawn carriage ride around the farm or free shuttle to the pumpkin patch as you pick out that perfect pumpkin. After opening weekend, Deere Farms will be open every Friday from 3 p.m. till dark; Saturday's 11 a.m. till dark; Sunday's noon till dark through November 1. The 34th annual Lanesville Heritage Weekend Festival will be held September 11 - 13 at the Walter Q. Gresham Park in Lanesville. Gather the kids for a weekend of fun with great food, a parade, entertainment, midway rides, tractor pull, craft booths, helicopter rides and much more. Agatha Christie's And Then There Were None opens at Hayswood Theatre September 18 through October 4. This is the story of 8 strangers, each lured to Indian Island by a mysterious host. Once his guests have arrived, the host accuses each person of murder. Unable to leave the island, the guests begin to share their darkest secrets and one-by-one they begin to die in a series of gruesome (and very comical) details, involving chaos, suspicions and terror. The 7th annual Cockadoodle Days Festival will take place Friday, September 25, from 5 p.m. till midnight and Saturday, September 26, from 9 a.m. till 1 a.m., at the Harrison County Fairgrounds. The Lucas Oil Pro Pulling League is proud to present, for the second year in a row, the Midwest Region Finals Old Capitol Power Pull. The Old Capitol Traditional Music Festival will take place at O'Bannon Woods State Park, September 25 and 26.
